Amazon Price History vs Displayed Discount
A large displayed discount does not always mean the product is at its lowest tracked price. The discount usually compares the offer with an MRP or another reference price. Price history compares it with earlier observations for the same listing. That makes it easier to see whether a similar price appeared recently and how far the offer sits above the recorded low. Seller details, coupons, delivery terms and the checkout total still matter.
