How do I search for a product?+
You can paste an Amazon or Flipkart product URL into the search bar on the homepage, or type a product name or keyword. The tool will find the product and show its price history.
Can I search by product name instead of URL?+
Yes, you can type any product name, brand, or keyword into the search bar. The tool will search our database and return matching products with their price history.
Do I need to create an account to use AI Price History?+
No account is needed for basic use. You can search products, view price history, and check price graphs without signing up. An email is only required if you want to set up price drop alerts.
Price Data & Accuracy
How often is price data updated?+
Prices are typically checked every 24 to 48 hours for active products. The frequency depends on product popularity and data availability from the marketplace.
Are the prices shown accurate?+
Prices shown are the listed marketplace prices at the time of data collection. Actual checkout prices may differ due to coupons, bank offers, exchange programs, or seller-specific discounts. Always check the store page for the final price.
Why does the price differ from what I see on the store page?+
Price differences can happen due to dynamic pricing, personalized offers, time-limited deals, or data collection timing. We recommend using our data as a reference and verifying the final price on the store page.
Price Alerts
How do I set a price alert?+
Open any product page, click the 'Set Price Alert' button, enter your target price and email address. You will receive a notification when the price drops to your target level.
How will I receive price alert notifications?+
Alerts are sent via email to the address you provided when setting up the alert. Make sure to use a valid email address.
Can I cancel a price alert?+
Yes, you can manage your alerts from the product page or contact us at [email protected] to remove any active alerts.
Using Charts & Data
How do I read the price chart?+
The price chart shows price movements over time. The X-axis shows dates and the Y-axis shows prices. Lower points mean the product was cheaper, higher points mean it was more expensive.
What does the 'Deal Position' indicator mean?+
The deal position shows where the current price sits in its historical range — from the lowest tracked price to the highest. A position closer to 'low' means the product is near its best recorded price.
What do the buy suggestions mean?+
Our suggestions are: Definitely Buy (price near historical low), Good Deal (fair pricing), Wait and Watch (price may drop further), and Overpriced (price above trend). These are data-based indicators, not guarantees.

Yes, AI Price History is completely free to use. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges for tracking prices, viewing history, or using the charts.
Which countries and stores do you support?+
We currently track prices from Amazon India and Flipkart. For supported products, you can also compare Indian prices with prices in the USA, UAE, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and China.
Can I use AI Price History on my phone?+
Yes, the website is fully responsive and works on all devices. We also have a dedicated Android app available on Google Play for a better mobile experience.
